What happens if my server has issues?
Open a ticket at support@email.d-tm.sbs. We monitor every node 24/7 and will move your service to fresh hardware if anything fails. Notes and admin updates appear in your dashboard alongside your credentials.
Are my credentials secure?
Yes. All hosting credentials (IP, username, password) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest and only decrypted when you view them in your dashboard. We never email them.
